The Central City Redevelopment Advisory Board (CCRAB) is an advisory board established by the Fort Lauderdale City Commission to provide input and guidance on the Community Redevelopment Agency's (CRA) work in the Central City area which includes parts of South Middle River. The Residential Facade and Landscaping Program is designed to provide funding for the beautification of detached single-family residential homes with exterior painting and landscaping of the front yard only. The CRA will prioritize beautification project for homestead/owner-occupied single-family homes and consider investor-owned properties as secondary projects. Priority projects may receive 100% of improvement cost, not to exceed $5,000. Investor-owned properties will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may only receive 50% of the improvement cost, not to exceed $2,500. Click here to learn more.
