South Middle River Civic Assocation

About Us

The South Middle River Civic Assocation (SMRCA) is committed to investing our expertise and resources in order to further achieve our cause.  Since 1987, the South Middle River Civic Association has supported our community members in a variety of ways and measuring our success not by monetary size, but by qualitative measurements such as the scale and effectiveness of our efforts. Just imagine what we can achieve together!  We are a Civic Association, 501(c) 3 Corporation, that relies on voluntary Membership & dues.  Any resident can join at any time of year for a minimum $20 annual Membership ($30 for household).
