Lin Morgan

Lin purchased her home in South Middle River during 2002. Many friends questioned this move, but she saw potential. Lin joined the Civic Association immediately and with over 200 active members, they went to work improving the quality of life, safety, and beautification of the community. In 2022, the potential is still here!

As a member of the civic association, Lin previously held several positions on the board, including Chair of the Youth Committee, Secretary, Vice President, and current President as of June 2022. She continues to meet and impact the lives of incredible neighbors and is elated to see the Civic Associations' challenging work create value throughout South Middle River.

Lin's goals as President include but are not limited to:

• Raise SMRCA membership to 200 by end of June of 2023;

• Build further rapport with city officials and be a voice for our community;

• Improve the quality and safety of South Middle River; and

• Foster a friendly neighborhood.

With 200 members, Lin is confident the membership can meet these goals and beyond.
