South Middle River Civic Association

Welcome to South Middle River

South Middle River is an officially recognized neighborhood of the City of Fort Lauderdale. With more than 2,700 households, our highly diverse neighborhood is one of the largest in the city.

Whether you rent or own in this neighborhood we welcome you to join our Civic Association, which is one of the most active and effective in the City.

South Middle River Civic Association’s Board of Directors and Committees actively work with City officials and other partners for neighborhood improvement in areas of safety and security, Code Enforcement, drainage, parking, tree canopy, connectivity, traffic calming, beautification, sense of community, and overall quality of life.  The more residents and business owners who join the Association, the stronger our collective voice and the more we can accomplish.

Please come join us, meet your fellow neighbors and become a part of shaping your own community.
